Product Specifications

HYV0322 Zone valves are typically motorized and controlled by electric actuators, which open and close the valve based on the input from a thermostat or control system. Thermostats regulate the zone valves, ensuring they open or close when needed to maintain the desired temperature within each zone. When the valve is open, it allows the flow of hot or cold water (or steam) through the pipe and into the designated zone. Conversely, when the valve is closed, it prevents the flow, effectively shutting off heating or cooling to that area.

Product Feature

1, The driver must be removed from the valve body before installation. Ensure thatthe manual lever is in the (MAN) position and press the square detach button on thebottom side of the drive. Remove the driver from the valve body.

2, For two-way valves, it must be ensured that the direction of water flow is from Ato B of the valve. for three-way valves, it must be ensured that the direction of waterflow is from AB to A or from AB to B.

3,Use the quick-tightening nut and sealing ring supplied with the valve to connectthe valve to the pipe. Do not tighten the nut so tightly that the pipe is deformed andthe seal leaks.

4,Ensure that the manual operating lever on the driver is in the (MAN) positionAlign the flat shaft on the valve body with the drive shaft slot on the driver; then alignthe round locating pin on the valve body with the locating hole in the driver and pressfirmlyinto place. At  this point the locking mechanism will snap into place.

5,Connect the cable plug. Note that the plugand socket catches must be aligned.

6,The system should be cleaned after the valve has been installed. When cleaningensure that the manual lever on the actuator is in the (MAN) position
